With its 55 plus engineers supported by an additional 20 strong team of managers, sales specialist, and administrative team in service centers throughout Peninsular & East Malaysia. The battle cry from its founding in 1981 has been 'Service Excellence & Professionalism', its leadership leads the charge to ensure the organization meets and beats the standards expected and demanded by its customers.
The culture of excellence was not built over night but through years of training, learning and collective discipline. The Abex management team is fully aware that a single act of neglect can immediately start to erode the culture of excellence and within months, weeks and even days, eventually undermining the organization foundations if left unchecked. It is therefore ever vigilant against complacency and merely adhering to the status quo, focusing its efforts on excellence of action over talk, and a professional attitude toward problem solving rather than excusing finding.

It originates from and continues flow within its founder and current Chairman Y Bhg Tan Sri Dr Kuan Yong Kuan PSM, DSSA, DPMT, it courses through Abex Medical's leadership and on into the hearts and minds of our organization team members.
