Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installing and commissioning, modifying, and upgrading company production equipment such as Information & Infrastructure Technology system hardware, software, network, and related services according to checklist and procedures.

  • Managing and troubleshooting system breakdowns.

  • Troubleshooting and field testing of medical systems.

  • Provide training, quality, and responsive technical support to customers.

  • Perform standby duties, identify causes of equipment breakdown, and undertake routine or performance-linked maintenance.

  • Maintaining proper records of all relevant service-related information necessary for the job, for management, and for general planning.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt solutions for their problems.

Requirements :

  • Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT Support.
  • Possessing experience in supporting VMware and Windows Active Directory environments would be added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skills.
  • Team player with good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • MUST possess own car transport and willing to travel out of office and/or outstation.
