Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities for the sales and service department.
  • To provide administrative support to the sales & service team.
  • Supports managers in obtaining metrics and analyzing data output from systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationships with customers.
  • Understanding contractual commitments and monitoring service response by entering accurate information into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure metrics are reported.
  • Oversee all interactions with customers to ensure all service requirements are met, making note of instances that may need improvement.
  • Compile customer satisfaction surveys and data, prepare reports, make recommendations for areas of improvement, and present the information at a monthly meeting with the management.
  • Relay information between management and sales representatives to best coordinate sales and service techniques and improve profits.

Requirements :

  • Possess a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare in Malaysia, preferably with experience in a hospital or with a healthcare company.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) would be added advantages.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Self–starter with initiative and capable to work independently and effectively.
  • Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capability.
  • MUST possess own car transport and willing to travel out of office and/or outstation from time to time.
