Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing and commissioning, modifying, and upgrading company production equipment such as Information & Infrastructure Technology system hardware, software, network, and related services according to checklist and procedures.
- Managing and troubleshooting system breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting and field testing of medical systems.
- Provide training, quality, and responsive technical support to customers.
- Perform standby duties, identify causes of equipment breakdown, and undertake routine or performance-linked maintenance.
- Maintaining proper records of all relevant service-related information necessary for the job, for management, and for general planning.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt solutions for their problems.
Requirements :
- Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT Support.
- MUST possess own car transport and willing to travel out of office and/or outstation.
- Possessing experience in supporting VMware and Windows Active Directory environments would be added advantage.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skills.
- Team player with good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
